Lime Kiln is is one of seventeen serviced properties at Town Farm, on the edge of the Chilterns. We are a working arable farm, with some sheep over the surrounding hills, we are lucky to have views over to Ivinghoe Beacon on one side, and Aylesbury Vale on the other. All the cottages each have their own unique charm, and we also run a campsite during the summer months. 

It is a two storey property with two bedrooms, an open plan living area and an enclosed garden.
The front door opens on to the open plan living area, with kitchen, sitting and dining areas. The living area has two comfortable sofas and a Freeview enabled TV. The kitchen area is fully equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The dining table comfortably seats four.

A backdoor opens to a large patio area overlooking the garden and the surrounding fields.

Upstairs, there are ​two bedrooms (a queen size bed and a single). The bathroom includes an over bath power shower.

Heating & hot water is powered by electricity. Please note that rental includes a GBP20 electricity credit allowance per week, any extra electricity credit is charged as required.  We do not offer refunds for unused credit.

 

Parking for two cars is available at the front of the property. A communal E.V. charger is available on the farm but electric vehicles must not be connected directly to the property.​

 

The property has access to the farm's communal tennis court, games room and play areas.

`We greatly enjoyed our stay at Lime Kiln. We found it comfortable, well equipped, roomy, nicely decorated. The girls were very kind to allow me to use an office computer to get emails, when my laptop wireless connection was playing up. They also directed me to Digital Services in Tring who fixed the laptop.
