Ridgeway

Ridgeway is one of seventeen holiday cottages at Town Farm, on the edge of the Chilterns. We are a working arable farm, with some sheep over the surrounding hills, we are lucky to have views over to Ivinghoe Beacon on one side, and Aylesbury Vale on the other. All the cottages each have their own unique charm, and we also run a campsite during the summer months. 

Ridgeway is a ground floor barn conversion with open plan living area, two bedrooms, a wet room and a patio area.

The front door opens on to the living area with kitchen and sitting areas. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and kitchen table with four chairs. The sitting area has two double sofas and an armchair, a flat screen TV and a DVD player.

The property has two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, and one with twin beds. The wet room has a shower and a heated towel rail.

Parking for two cars is available at the front of the property. Up to two pets are welcome in the property, please let us know on booking. Wi-fi is included in the rental.

The property has access to a tennis court to hire, games room and a children`s play area on the farm.

The property benefits from heating by electric radiators, please note that rental includes £20 per week, towards electricity. Any extra is charged as used. This allows us to be able to remain environmentally green as possible.

We request a refundable GBP100 damage deposit for stays of up to 27 days, and one week`s rental for stays of over 28 days. Please see our terms and conditions for further details.

We stayed at the Ridgeway for 5 nights. It is a lovely property. Very clean and comfortable. The online pictures don’t do it justice - it is very spacious. They provide all the facilities for self catering. Furthermore my husband is a wheelchair user and the accessible bathroom and facilities in the property were excellent for him

Myself, my three children and the family dog needed to move into temporary accommodation while we waited for our house to be finished.
It’s all amazing - we all felt at home straight away, the dog loves the fields for walking. From the moment I called to the cleaner and any issues nothing is too much trouble. I would like to live here permanently . Thank you xxx
