The Dairy

The Dairy is one of seventeen serviced properties at Town Farm, on the edge of the Chilterns. We are a working arable farm, with some sheep over the surrounding hills, we are lucky to have views over to Ivinghoe Beacon on one side, and Aylesbury Vale on the other.
All the cottages each have their own unique charm, and we also run a campsite during the summer months. 

The Dairy is situated in the main courtyard, with an open patio near at the front of the cottage.

 

The serviced accommodation comprises a two storey property with an open plan living/dining, a separate kitchen and three bedrooms (1 king bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and 1 single bedroom).

The front door opens into a entrance corridor, with under stairs storage.

two separate doors leads from the hallway into both the kitchen and the open-plan sitting and dining area. The sitting area has two comfortable sofas and a smart TV.  French doors lead from the living room back onto the patio, serving as an alternative entrance. The dining area has a table with six dining chairs.

 

The separate kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. 

 

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms: 1 king bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and 1 single bedroom. Each bedroom has a freestanding wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables. The bathroom includes an over-bath power shower.

The property has access to a communal tennis court, basic games room and a children's play area on the farm.

 

Parking for two cars is available at the front of the property.  Up to two pets are welcome in the property but please let us know on booking.

Wi-fi is included in the rental.  Linen & towels are provided from the onset and fresh linen (but not towels) is provided on a fortnightly basis.

​

We request a refundable GBP100 damage deposit for stays of up to 27 days, and one week`s rental for stays of over 28 days. Please see our terms and conditions for further details.

The cottage is centrally heated by oil.
