The Egg Room is one of seventeen serviced apartments at Town Farm, on the edge of the Chilterns. We are a working arable farm, with some sheep over the surrounding hills, we are lucky to have views over to Ivinghoe Beacon on one side, and Aylesbury Vale on the other. All the cottages each have their own unique charm, and we also run a campsite during the summer months. 

The Egg Room is a single storey studio flat, and although it is situated on the ground floor, please be aware that access to the front door is via some stone steps.

The studio is furnished for a comfortable stay, with UK king-sized bed, TV and WiFi. The shower room has a basin, shower and separate toilet.

The kitchen corner is well equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment. Access to a shared washing machine and dryer is available (outside of the property). The table has seating for two people.

The property has access to a tennis court, games room and a children's play area. 

Parking for one car is available on site. Wi-fi is included in the rental. Not suitable for pets or children.
