The Elephant Room is one of seventeen serviced apartments at Town Farm, on the edge of the Chilterns. We are a working arable farm, with some sheep over the surrounding hills, we are lucky to have views over to Ivinghoe Beacon on one side, and Aylesbury Vale on the other. All the cottages each have their own unique charm, and we also run a campsite during the summer months. 

The Elephant Room is a first floor studio flat with kitchen area and separate shower room & toilet. The studio is furnished for a comfortable stay, with king size bed, dining table and TV.

The bed is a 5 foot king size.  The shower room has a basin, shower and separate toilet.

The kitchen corner is well equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment. Access to a shared washing machine and dryer is available outside of the property. The table has seating for two people.

The property has access to a tennis court, games room and a children's play area. 

Parking for one car is available on site. Wi-fi is included in the rental. This property is not suitable for pets or children.
