The Hayloft

The Hayloft is a charming first floor serviced apartment, and is one of seventeen holiday cottages at Town Farm, on the edge of the Chilterns. We are a working arable farm, with some sheep over the surrounding hills, we are lucky to have views over to Ivinghoe Beacon on one side, and Aylesbury Vale on the other. All the cottages each have their own unique charm, and we also run a campsite during the summer months. 

Parking for two cars is available close to the property. Up to two pets are welcome in the property, please let us know on booking.

The Hayloft is a first floor flat with its own private entrance. The private front door opens on to a wide staircase which leads up to the landing with storage cupboard with hanging space.

The landing opens on to the sitting room, which has sofa, armchair, table and chairs, chest of drawers, TV and DVD player.

The bedroom has a four foot six double bed and bedside table. The shower room has a power shower, basin and toilet.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, microwave, fridge with freezer box, and washing machine.

The property has access to a tennis court to hire, games room and a children`s play area on the farm.

The Hayloft has oil central heating. Wi-fi is also included in the rental.

This apartment is a serviced apartment which includes a weekly linen change for longer stays.

We request a refundable GBP100 damage deposit for stays of up to 27 days, and one week`s rental for stays of over 28 days. Please see our terms and conditions for further details.

The flat is warm and homely and everything necessary to make guests feel at home had been thoughtfully provided. The oven, hob, 'fridge, washing machine and TV were all in excellent working order, the sitting room and bedroom comfortable, with pleasant decor in keeping with the cottage, which really is a converted hayloft. There was plenty of hot water for the shower, parking on gravel outside the door and a handy guide to all you needed to know to make your stay trouble-free.
