The Hayloft is a charming first floor serviced apartment, and is one of seventeen serviced properties at Town Farm, on the edge of the Chilterns. We are a working arable farm, with some sheep over the surrounding hills, we are lucky to have views over to Ivinghoe Beacon on one side, and Aylesbury Vale on the other. All the cottages each have their own unique charm, and we also run a campsite during the summer months. 

Parking for two cars is available close to the property. Pets by request only. 

The Hayloft is a first floor flat with its own private entrance. The private front door opens on to a wide staircase which leads up to the landing with storage cupboard with hanging space.

The landing opens on to the sitting room, which has sofa, armchair, table & chairs, chest of drawers, and T.V.  The sofa can convert into a sofa bed but as this property is small, it cannot comfortably sleep more than 2 people in total.

The small bedroom has a 4'6ft double bed and bedside tables. The shower room has a shower, basin and toilet.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, microwave, fridge with freezer box, and washing machine.  Please note there is no dryer within the property but a drying rack is provided and a communal tumble dryer is available externally, just a short walk from the property.
 

The Hayloft has oil central heating. Wi-fi is also included in the rental. Not suitable for pets or children.


The property has access to a tennis court, games room and a children's play area on the farm.

The flat is warm and homely and everything necessary to make guests feel at home had been thoughtfully provided. The oven, hob, 'fridge, washing machine and TV were all in excellent working order, the sitting room and bedroom comfortable, with pleasant decor in keeping with the cottage, which really is a converted hayloft. There was plenty of hot water for the shower, parking on gravel outside the door and a handy guide to all you needed to know to make your stay trouble-free.
