The Old Stables is one of seventeen serviced properties at Town Farm, on the edge of the Chilterns. We are a working arable farm, with some sheep over the surrounding hills, we are lucky to have views over to Ivinghoe Beacon on one side, and Aylesbury Vale on the other. All the cottages each have their own unique charm, and we also run a campsite during the summer months. 

 

The serviced accommodation comprises a two storey property with an open plan living/dining, a large kitchen and three bedrooms (1 king bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and 1 single bedroom).

 

From outside, two steps lead up to the front door which opens into a small hallway at the base of the stairs.  A second door leads from the hallway into the large, open-plan sitting and dining area. The sitting area has comfortable sofas, a flat screen TV and a large picture window with views of Ivinghoe Beacon. The dining area has a large table with six dining chairs.

 

The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a large pine dining table which comfortably seats six.  There is access to an enclosed patio from the kitchen.

 

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms: 1 king bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and 1 single bedroom. Each bedroom has a freestanding wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables. The bathroom includes an over-bath power shower.

The property has access to a communal tennis court, basic games room and a children's play area on the farm.

 

Parking for two cars is available at the front of the property.  Up to two pets are welcome in the property but please let us know on booking.

Wi-fi is included in the rental.  Linen & towels are provided from the onset and fresh linen (but not towels) is provided on a fortnightly basis.

We request a refundable GBP100 damage deposit for stays of up to 27 days, and one week`s rental for stays of over 28 days. Please see our terms and conditions for further details.

The cottage is centrally heated by oil.
