Town Farm - Short Term Lets
Town Farm is a working farm located just outside of the village of Ivinghoe, Buckinghamshire in the charming Chiltern Hills.
Our accommodation consists predominantly of charming barns converted to self catering cottages and apartments. Each of our 17 properties are unique and sleep from 2 - 6 people. Most of our cottages are pet friendly (with prior permission) and 2 of the cottages are fully disabled accessible.
Whether you're on holiday, working locally or are between houses - with over 25 years of experience in the letting industry we will work with you to find a home from home!
Flexible & Friendly
The cottages are available for stays of one week to a few months in length.
If you are interested in a shorter break, we generally operate a one week minimum, although we will occasionally take shorter bookings if it fits in between other bookings, or if we have last minute availability. For short breaks we use a pro-rata calculation, where we charge 70% of the week's rental for a three night break, 80% for four nights, 90% for five nights and 100% for six nights. This is to cover the cleaning costs for a changeover on a self catering property. Please contact us directly if interested.

In addition to the 17 self catered cottages and apartments we also run a small campsite which is popular throughout the Summer weekends and weekdays during school Summer holidays.
