Post and deliveries will are usually left in entrance of the office, which is open at all times.

Departure/Check Out Information

As we operate same-day changeovers, you are required to check out by 10am.
If you would like to depart later, please contact us to check if its possible.

You should leave the property in good, clean order. We will clean the property after your departure but if excessive deep cleaning is required you will be billed for this.
Additionally, please ensure:

Bins are emptied.
Washing up is done and packed away.
Oven and Hobs are left clean.
Fridge is left empty.
Draws, cupboards and wardrobes are left emptied.
Main key is left on the dining table, other key in keybox.

Please report any damages so we can arrange repairs or order replacements.

Please leave the main key on the dining table and lock up using the keybox key.

Bins and Recycling

Please use the bins at the top of the farm drive, behind the big black barn.

Reporting Problems

If you are unhappy with the condition of the property or any of the appliances inside please notify us at the first possible opportunity so we can resolve the problems for you. Thank you.

To walk to Ivinghoe – scenic route ~15 mins

  1. Walk to the top of the farm and across the camping field - aim for the double pylons.  
  2. Near the base of the pylons go through the gate and into the next field.  
  3. Following the fence on the left go down to the bottom of the hill and around the corner until you reach another wooden gate.  
  4. Going through this gate brings you on to a bridlepath (great for dog walking):-

- Turning left will bring you up into Ivinghoe (5 mins) – go to step 5.

- Turning right will take you to Ivinghoe Aston (20 mins) – when you reach the road turn left to bring you to the Village Swan pub.

  1. As you leave the path and meet the road, walk straight ahead.  The Rose and Crown pub is ahead on the left.  
  2. Turn left at the pub to walk up into Ivinghoe where you will see St Mary’s Church.
Games Room, Play Area & Tennis Court

We have an onsite games room available with table tennis and table football (bats and ball available to borrow).

All guests welcome to use play area.

Please contact the office if you’d like to use the tennis court.

Facilities are shared with the campsite during the camping season.

Parking

Plenty of parking is available outside of the property; we only ask that you try to be respectful of other guests. If you have multiple vehicles and are struggling for space please park by the office.

Heating

Please be conscious of the environment and turn down the heating when you are away.

Tumble Dryer

Please empty the condenser tank regularly to ensure the machine continues to function properly.  

Also please empty the lint trap before each use.

The TV is connected to Digital FreeView and has a good choice of channels.
