Beacon View is a charming first floor floor serviced apartment, and is one of seventeen properties at Town Farm.  Situated on the edge of the Chilterns, Town Farm is also a working family farm surrounded by sheep and crops .  We are lucky to have views towards Ivinghoe Beacon on one side, and Aylesbury Vale on the other.  

This first floor property is an annex of the original farmhouse.  Inside it is bright and  spacious thanks to large windows in every room. 

 

Access is shared with two other properties.  A steep staircase brings you to the front door which takes you into the living room/hallway. The living room has a sofa, TV, dining table and chairs.  a large window offers views towards the hills.

 

A corridor takes you along to the bedroom and kitchen.  The bright bedroom contains a double bed, chest of drawers and built in wardrobe.

 

The kitchen and bathroom are accessed from opposite ends of the corridor via a couple of steps.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster.  There is also a small breakfast bar with two stools.  A large window overlooks the courtyard.

The bathroom contains a shower, wash basin and WC.  The washing machine and tumble dryer are also found in the bathroom, contained within a large cupboard.

Guests at Town Farm has access to a tennis court, games room and children's play area. There is also a communal garden just a short walk away.

Ample off-road parking is available for tenant's use.
The property is heated by oil central heating. Wi-fi is also included in the rental.
This serviced apartment includes a weekly linen change for longer stays.
