Town Farm Cottage

Town Farm Cottage is one of seventeen serviced properties at Town Farm, on the edge of the Chilterns. We are a working arable farm, with some sheep over the surrounding hills, we are lucky to have views over to Ivinghoe Beacon on one side, and Aylesbury Vale on the other. All the cottages each have their own unique charm, and we also run a campsite during the summer months. 

 

Refurbished in 2023. The cottage is a two storey property with kitchen, living room, utility and WC - all on the ground floor.  Upstairs there is the main bathroom and 3 bedrooms (1 king bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and 1 single bedroom).

 

As you enter the cottage, the front door opens on to a small entry hallway, with access to the ground floor WC and utility room.  Within the utility room, there is a washer, dryer and freezer.

The hallway leads into the kitchen which is fully equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle and dishwasher. There is a large dining table which seats six.

 

The kitchen leads on to the living room, which has two sofas and a flat screen TV.

 

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms: 1 king bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and 1 single bedroom. Each bedroom has a freestanding wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables. The upstairs bathroom includes an over-bath power shower.

 

The property has access to a communal tennis court, basic games room and a children's play area on the farm.

 

Parking for two cars is available at the side of the property. Up to two pets are welcome in the property, please let us know on booking.

 

Wi-fi is included in the rental.  Linen & towels are provided from the onset and fresh linen (but not towels) is provided on a fortnightly basis.

 

We request a refundable GBP100 damage deposit for stays of up to 27 days, and two weeks' rental for stays of over 28 days. Please see our terms and conditions for further details.

 
The cottage is centrally heated by oil.
